PRIVACY POLICY

1. Collecting and processing personal data

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.

2. Assignment of personal data 

We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

  • To provide and operate the Services;

  • To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;

  • To be able to contact our Visitors and Users with general or personalised service-related notices and promotional messages;

  • To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information, which we or our business partners may use to provide and improve our respective services; 

  • To comply with any applicable laws and regulations.

 

3. Storing, using, sharing and disclosing your personal information

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  

 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

4. Communicating with you

We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.

5. Withdrawing

6 Privacy Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.

Duty of Disclosure Job Seekers

We confirm receipt of your job application and come back to you with an answer as soon as possible.

As we receive personal data from you, we have a duty of disclosure to you and therefore inform you:

  • That you can always contact our data controller, who is: Wade Peters - Telephone: 53878910 - Mail: wade.p@ideanordic.com.

  • That the purpose of storing your personal data is to be able to assess your qualifications in relation to the job.

  • That the legal basis is an agreement/contract as it is necessary for the work in connection with the conclusion of any employment contract, see article 6(1) point b) of the General Data Protection Regulation, and our legitimate interest in being able to assess if you are the right person for the job, see article 6(1)point f) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

  • That the person category of the information that we store is general (e.g. name, address), special (e.g. civil registration number) or sensitive personal data (e.g. health information).

  • That the information may be disclosed to external recipients, including our recruitment agency/headhunter, our data processors, our auditors etc.

  • That some of our data processors may be located outside the EU / EEA, but all with a legal transfer basis.

  • That your personal data originates from you, but possibly also from publicly available sources (such as Facebook and LinkedIn).

  • That in case of hiring we store your personal data for as long as it is lawful in relation to the Danish Bookkeeping Act, the consent rules, the statute of limitations and/or other legislation. If the application does not result in employment, we delete the information no later than six months after the negative response has been sent.

  • That we do not use personal profiling to make automatic decisions that may materially affect the data subject's rights and freedom rights.

  • That you must give your voluntary consent for providing special or sensitive information (e.g. your criminal record certificate, health information, membership of a named trade union etc.) - and that you are always entitled to withdraw your consent, which may, however, sometime entail that we cannot hire you/continue your employment, e.g. if a certificate stating that no relevant matters are recorded in police records is necessary.

 

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have a number of rights in relation to our processing of your personal data. If you want to exercise your rights, you must contact us.

  • You are entitled to access and rectification, which means that from time to time you can request access and have rectified/updated your personal data.

  • You are entitled to erasure. The information is deleted from us no later than six months after a negative response, unless any property-law claims have not been time-barred.

  • You are entitled to limitation of processing of your personal data, i.e. you may request any limitation of who can or may process your personal data.

  • You have the right to object, i.e. in certain cases you have a right to object to our otherwise lawful processing of your personal data.

  • You have the right to have information transferred (data portability). It means that you can always access or have the information sent.

  • You can read more about your rights in the Danish Data Protection Agency's guidelines on the rights of data subjects, which you will find at www.datatilsynet.dk.
